Even though 99% of people liked and needed his technology that makes email possible, some complained when they ran into glitches. Like this computer company, God puts up with people who enjoy His blessings but complain about His wisdom and the way He does some things. Example: God used ancient Israel to be His conduit for bringing His Son into the world. Ancient Jewish leaders rejected Jesus as their Messiah. But in His wisdom, God foresaw their rejection and used the occasion to offer salvation to the rest of the world. In Romans 11:11, Paul challenged those who question God’s wisdom. He asked, “Did God’s people stumble and fall beyond recovery? Of course not! They were disobedient, so God made salvation available to the Gentiles.” Still today, some people question the way God does things, especially God’s timing; but wise people know as C.H. Spurgeon once said, “We cannot always trace God’s hand, but we can always trust His heart.”
